SD was able to borrow RM 4 billion from the lenders are supported by KPMG clean audit report. Without a clean audit report from big 4, my foot. The lenders of SD are shivering in this high profile saga. Stop being lcly in treating the external auditor.

Sue KMPG? SD has obviously mis managed the situation or being silly. No clean audit report from the external auditors, bankers will demand for repayment of loans. Money doesn't fall from the sky . Bankers and lenders are heavily relying on the audited report in making assessment of loans.

Don't play with the external auditors if the company borrows a lot of money from the banks.

Failure in producing audited reported to the bankers will certainly breach the loan agreements. Be aware!

Cash on hands is catered for daily business operation. Banks would pull an handbrake or demand for repayment when the company fail to meet the terms and conditions of the loan agreements.

It happens in the whole world and not restricted to Malaysia. People respect him because he 'got' something (power and money). Now, he lost something that people respected or dropped far below expectation. People, of course, look down on him.

KPMG will never able give an opinion in SB accounts as long as court case is ongoing. SIR severes only Bursa /SC directive purposes.

No one dare to take up the appointment as the external auditor of SD now. SD has to get through the forensic audit or IR (nice terms)

The insurance company won't agree to cover auditor professional indemnity in serving a high profile and high risks client.

SD bankers are shivering after blowing up of audit issues. They will set a lending cap to SD.

Audited account is unable to sign off by KPMG in 4 months after the ending of Financial year. SD proposed to change the FY to 30 June 2021 to prevent from suspension. That's 'awesome'.

SD announced change of Financial year to 18 months ending 30 Jun 2021 on 7 May 2021. The disputes between KPMG emerged on the surface end of May. Obviously, SD management had a plan to change the external auditor in buying more time.

Now the situation become very messy, independent review request by KPMG. But already resign, so why still need? The review mainly to support KPMG to finalise 2020 account. But already resign. So the review macam no purpose dy. are they suppose to appoint new auditor to finalise 2020 account? Instead of doing the review??? Wa...very messy ler....

CMSB Management is being professionally to deal with the whistle blowing through appointing
KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn Bhd as the independent consultant to review the financial management of certain investment and contracts.
But SD management has been very defensive in the audit issues.

Spot on! An insult to KPMG for allowing EY to 'review' their works performed. SD should appoint EY as an External auditor or performing forensic audit.

for NFA just require Serba to collapse on his own with unpaid bank loans without any investigations by either SC or BURSA

once Serba collapse, both KPMG and EY sanitize hand and case is closed with NFA

It's ridiculous to focus in developing hardware or infrastructure showing off without looking back the industrial software development (CAD, CAE & EDA) controlling by the Westerners. KYY didn't explain why steel price increase. It's due to :
-steep increase in the prices of iron ore (due to China-Australia trade war, many Australian coal went to China via third countries with 70% increase in price)
-strong growth in steel demand from China, the US, Europe and other emerging markets, as global markets recover from a year-long slowdown with the reopening of business activities and vaccination drive

Many Bursa financial bloggers have closed shop or prosecuted by the authorities except uncle.Why ah? Uncle is doing charitable work for the local politicians besides writing financial blogs.

I don't like so many western things through lip service . All the talk is to please gullible folks.Why? A way to let folks to release their frustration (unfair treatments) on their lands where they are living. Politicians love uncle.

Western culture is the worst but i like wearing business attire when attending formal events to show i am smart.
