at the end of the day, many people will choose democratic western countries when it comes to their family and wealth despite cheering on authoritarianism. why do you think these 'patriots' cling onto their foreign escape routes, having close family members holding foreign passport which -in turn- gives them the right to abode overseas? could it be that in their heart of hearts their confidence in the long life and invincibility of the communist party is not quite as certain as they would have us believe? or could it, and it’s necessary to be generous in ascribing motives here, be that given a knowledge of china’s turbulent history, people with the means to do so, take out multiple forms of insurance.

In the US, convicted criminals are not given any news space.

In Malaysia, these Malaysian newspapers are all pro-crime, pro-criminals and support crimes as good coz they report activities of convicted criminals on daily basis.
This is to program young minds of Malaysians that criminals are actually heroes to be worshipped and bowed down to.
Young people when they grow up must become a criminal to become heroes.

Even when convicted criminals eat chicken rice, it is reported by pro-crime newspapers

Criminals of a particular ethnicity gets the limelight in prime time news and their faces flashed in media. But it does not happen for criminals from the majority group.

This is fair and square and according to the religious teaching.
