@supermaxdarren I am so amaze with bursa investors. We all know our gloves are for export and mainly on Europe and USA. Bursa investors don’t care lock down in England, France and etc. they only care mco 2.0 in Malaysia. By right mco does not affect their revenues and future order..but share price shoot up due to coming mco.

The problem is always more real when it hits home. Just early last month, most analysts were still saying the pandemic is over and glove is finished and gloves supernormal profit cycle is finished. Game over. But today, it hits home that we are staring at Pandemic 2.0 which without doubt will be many times worse than Pandemic 1.0. So not only glove is not over but the demand will be even more intensified and although supernormal profit cycle is over, we are now moving into ultranormal profit cycle.

First round, IBS push up the mother prices and sell CWs. Second round, Shorties rush to buy back shares shorted and drive the mother share price higher for CWs selling at better prices.

This time foreign hedge funds (shorties) will be eaten by local IBS & Funds and EPF.

Shorties have to buy back shares and return to EPF before the end of their SBL date.

local IBS have close contacts with government top officials. It is easy to get help from them as what had happened Topglove last month.

IBS can simply make more than hundred million in few weeks. Shorties are caught in the middle while IBS are sharpening knives .

6 local IBs are taking the sudden reverse trend killing shorties to max their interests.
