BUY Price Perisai @ RM 1.43. Realized gain of +9.09%

ADDITIONAL Unrealized gain of (+6.16%) with SCOMIES

CONCLUSION
Investor who did not sell at 1.56 has realized capital loss of -3.85%
Investor who sold at 1.56(1.43 buy price) and bought Scomies (buy at 73 cents) has realized gain of +9.09% + Unrealized gain of +6.16%

Big sharks if want to collect more will Sell to you at strong support for maybe 5 or more days. Every retailer become very confident and thereafter very hot on strong support ...buy aggressively thinking price will UP....yes 1.50 was very strong support

1 Share of Nestle has GREAT PURCHASING POWER NOW as it can buy 280 shares of PM Corp. How I wished I had invested in Nestle 15-20 years ago. But would I invest in Nestle now at RM 68 per share? My answer is NO NO NO, NOT NOW!! You will certainly ask me WHY and WHY NOT?

My answer is very simple ..it is about PURCHASING POWER and WEAKENING OF PURCHASING POWER...Take a good example of Japanese Yen. The Yen was the world's strongest currency 1 year ago... as 1000 yen about 1 year back can buy a lot of foreign currencies at cheap price as the Yen was very strong. Look at the Yen now. It had depreciated more than 20% just over a year and 1,000 yen now buys much less compared to 1 year ago. The analogy here is when you have STRONG PURCHASING POWER and if you do nothing you will soon realize that THE PURCHASING POWER THAT YOU THOUGHT WAS VERY STRONG HAS WEAKENED CONSIDERABLY. Likewise in the future the same purchasing power of NESTLE share will weaken considerably as I share of Nestle may not buy 280 shares of PM Corp as it is now.

Forecast EPS for Nestle for 2013 = RM 2.62 /share with PE=26
Dividend per share= 60 cents for Nestle
Dividend Yield= 0.88% which is much less than Bank FD rate of say 3%

You are getting a very poor Dividend Yield on your Nestle share. Why are you still saying it is still a good investment. Yes the share price had appreciated but the dividend yield sucks, right?? Will the share price continue to appreciate at the same historical rate? Ask yourself... can you continue to run as fast as you had run when you were in your teens, 20s, early 30s ? The answer is very obvious.. right?

PM Corp has registered slight operational profit as per Q3 2013 results. PMC had got rid of unnecessary overheads to reduce costs and it appears that the forthcoming Q4 results will be very good. In view of this, PM Corp may possibly produce the best quarterly operational sales and profits in Q4 for 2013. You may then ask.. Is PMC a turnaround stock? For me a turnaround stock will have financial results that is nothing to shout about before it started to jolt the Investing public with very good performance and it must also have great asset backing. The graham net net valuation of PM Corp is 30 cents and you are in the money @ 24 cents now

If I am a shareholder of Nestle, I will want to maximize the purchasing power of Nestle Share by just selling 1,000 shares of Nestle @ RM 68 , which I will receive RM 67,796 and invest all the proceeds in PM Corp to buy 280,000 shares of PM Corp as the relative HIGHER percentage return on invested capital now will be with PM Corp.

Just think over, chew over it and the most important question to ask yourself is " Have I really LEVERAGE & MAXIMIZE the PURCHASING POWER of 1,000 shares of NESTLE NOW"
If I hold on to 1,000 shares of Nestle what is the expected capital appreciation by end Q1 2014?
If PMC truly performs remarkably in Q4 2013, what will be the expected Capital appreciation of PMC by end Q1 2014?

08/8/2013: RHB recommended INSTACOM with TP@ 46 cents
30/9/2013: RHB recommended INSTACOM with TP@ 51 cents
28/11/2013: RHB recommended INSTACOM with TP@ 31 cents

In a span of almost 2 months the TP had gone down by -39.22%. Instacom price now is@26 cents and is BELOW all Target Prices. Instacom Highest price for year was 41.5 cents.

Many retail investors who BLINDLY chased up the price were BURNT. The fact remains that Instacom share price did not hit TP@51 cents.

CONCLUSION: High Target price is a Lure to suck in unsuspecting retailers who generally are the most financially incompetent investors in BURSA compared to the financial investment skills of the financial houses. It is a fact that Retailers are always SUCKERS for and VICTIMS of High Target prices

What is the forcasted Earnings per share in 2013, 2014, 2015 for EDGE, MAYBANK and CIMB Reports? What are the assumptions used to derive at specific EPS figures in 2013, 2014,2015 by EDGE,MAYBANK & CIMB Reports?

What is the basis in deciding on the PE value from EDGE,MAYBANK and CIMB Reports?

Why are the Target Prices so different? What was the rationale used to derive at the TP?

What are the % EBIT Contributions from the different Assets that Perisai currently and in future will acquire? How will this assets contribute to Top & Bottom line figures in 2013, 2014, 2015

Anyone in this thread who had invested in early 2009 n held on or sold recently would have done very well. It is quite challenging now to identify gems which will be winners in the future years. If I were u I will not be too overtly influenced by tapering issues n it's effect even if there indeed is tapering , it will be very much muted going forward.

If the price should one day surge, TP@ 17 cents is not achievable. So the MIND will decide. In that case it is better take some position @ 23.5 to 24 cents TODAY as you r sure of getting it today as waiting for TP @17 cents may not be achievable if GOD decides not to Give.

In that case you will miss the boat @ 23.5 to 24 cents and pay higher price later on UPTREND. Now PMC price is in sideways consolidation after coming down. Once it comes down and having consolidated for a while, the next trend will be UPTREND

Most important, HEAD MUST BE COOL & STEADY, NO EMOTIONS

Target price : RM1.650 !

Hmmm ..the Target price by the same person seemed to be gyrating UP and DOWN like a YOYO from Dec 12 to Dec 18 but the Edge Malaysia is very CONSISTENT in STATING TP@ RM 1.36...today the Target Price is the lowest @ RM 1.65 but way above Edge TP @ RM 1.36.

Is this a reflection of the syndicate' lack of confidence in achieving the high target price of first RM 1.70, RM 2.0 and now RM 1.65?? Whatever it is, there is a CONSISTENT pattern and the CONSISTENT pattern is CONFIDENCE is slowly but surely receding and abating by the same author as the TP had DROPPED TO LOWEST TP @ RM 1.65 in a period of 6 days!!!

Sold Perisai @ RM 1.56 and moved into SCOMIES...Good Decision for me as SCOMIES went UP @ 75 cents (+2.74%) from 73 cents but PERISAI went DOWN @ 1.50 (-3.85%) from RM 1.56 level.

My buy price for Perisai was RM 1.43. Realized gain of +9.09% and now made additional unrealized gain of (+2.74%) with SCOMIES.
