I’m not clever , just that I invest with principle , earlier I said this company fair value is at 40 sen to 50 sen range . But it had gone beyond my expectation to 56 to 58 sen support range

I would rather take some profit first. As I wished it will be above 60 sen range . But let’s see after the quarter result . I may regret selling at 0.58.

Like earlier i mentioned, EG started the face mask way way earlier than Notion, by the way EG also manufactures machinery for facial mask production.

If you look at Notion, its purely "goreng" 2 to 3 times from its initial value ,
EG fair value still remains at 41 -50 sen range.

As we see during MCO period, it stays at 33 sen at most.
But most of the business is picking up , ill see a better quarter result comparative to last quarter.

However their revenue is still in the range of 200-250 mil per quarter from EMS.

I believe in terms fair value , this share would go around RM0.40- RM0.55.
Hopefully they have won some 5G contract soon, 5G is the next big thing after this pandemic.

I think there will be no more rally after tomorrow.
It will be long before this share go back up to 70 sen level unless EG has some big deal with 5G contracts.

Who knows EG is exporting a lot of their mask to US and other European country. No local face mask supplier would sell it in Malaysia. Margin so low.

But if you look in the western and europe market, face mask is expensive .
By the way , looking at the china and US trade war, i bet a lot of our local supplier is exporting mask to US.

Thats is why our government last week announced they might want to stop local supplier to export the face mask

By the way, EG management is not that good in PR unlike Notion. But they have started way earlier on their mask production , they even gotten their FDA mask approval on early May.

But i believe they have a plan behind all of this , the recent downfall of this share were only minor selling volume compare to 80 to 90 mil volume trade when it hit up.

It will definitely rebound back soon , but dont know which has the highest rebound it the upcoming wave.

in terms of company structure, i would go for EG, their current sales performance is way larger than ni hsin.

Not to mentioned, EG is supplying 5G as well which is the upcoming technology trend.

EG is also exporting their face mask since April, i expect good QR soon.

The news just mentioned that the government will provide incentive for local mask producers.
They will try to stop importing face mask from china .
