@stkoay. Not an expert, just contributing what info I can. Tomorrow 1st resistance is at 4.46, then 4.52 and 4.59. After this, the sky's the limit. Main support is at 4.33. The MACD line has decisively crossed the red signal line just below zero. All my other trend indicators are pointing up. So if the DOW performs well this evening, expect KSL to surge strongly tomorrow.

Looks like the bears are determined to keep the price at 4.35 or lower today. For collection purpose?!

Relax, spidee. I just went out for a while, but following KSL all this while! I also enjoyed cch's offering - 'Time in a bottle'.

KSL's expansion of its authorised share capital from 1 billion to 2 billion shares of RM0.50 each is a very good sign. This is more than 4 times the number of its current paid up shares.

OLH's exercise was very bad for minority shareholders - offer price well below market price and NTA, like Goldis' takeover of IGB. In contrast, KSL is having an exercise to reward shareholders. For business expansion, it can buy more land, take-over other property developers, expand it's hotel and Mall operations, reit its recurring income, launch more projects, venture overseas, etc.

Profir-taking now. Buy/sell according to trend. No trend reversal according to my charts! But all my indicators show KSL trending upwards!

I see little risk over the week-end. The trend now is up!

Thanks cch. Helen Shapiro sounded the right notes. KLSE's (and KSL) walking back to happiness! The Dow corrected 153 points, last night after a 4 days winning streak. Likely to be up tonight. If yesterday was not a Deepavali holiday, KLSE (and KSL) could have rocketed up!

Anison, that's the intention of the filing for approval - to pay divvy. Also to give shareholders an option to receive divvy in the form of new shares. The money saved would likely be ploughed back to business activities instead of borrowing from the banks. There is also an application to increase authorised share capital to 2 billion. This would facilitate both the bonus issue and new issue in lieu of divvy should some opt for new KSL shares. The end result would likely make KSL a blue chip and very attractive to the big funds. Also the potential of reit-isation of its recurring revenue assets - the malls. This would further cement it's blue-chip status.

Bonus and divvy scheme proposal already submitted to Bursa on 16 October. Impact likely to be bullish leading up to announcement of actual date of divvy and bonus. This means shareholders will be assured participation in future profits of KSL based on established divvy scheme!
