KSL land bank is >2000 acres, a lot based in Johore and especially Johore bahru. The recent raise in entry fees from Singapore will not dampen enthusiasm for Johore properties according to EU.

Today's surge was made likely by the break-out above previous high of 3.31 yesterday. But as you pointed out, this was the first time it went up 3 days in a row since it started trending up on the 7/7/2014. But tomorrow is contra sell day. Not sure if the present surge will absorb the contras!
