PLEASE read my question carefully.

I said there was a private placement of 100 Million shares @5.35 cent per share

What investment the company is holding? Any details or declaration or announcement of the quoted securities the company is holding?

I have a few questions to seek advice

1) why can't the company sell part of their holdings in FOCUS to realised the profit and bring in CASH to the company since there are so much profits.. Just like Insas which sold about 55 millions Inari shares in the last 2 months and has brought in more than rm100 millions in sales procced.

2) why the company placed out private placement of 284 million shares, which is 30% of the company's enalarged share base, in July 2020 at low issue price of 5.35 cent for 100 million shares and 7.11 cent for 184 million shares? This is very dilutive. Why can't the company just sell some of their investment to cash out instead of raising cash through large private placement at low prices and which just raised about RM 18 millions?

Management just wants to talk the market up. But couldn't deliver... :(

RM 1 BILLION revenue was talked of a few years ago! It was not even near there and earnings weakened....

How much incomes can be derived in handling of the cargoes from import and export via the 3 international airports? Incomes not all gone with low passengers traffic. Cargoes still have to be imported or exported.. Isn't it?

"The construction of a deep water port terminal Phase I in Sihanoukville Autonomous Port is scheduled to start in 2021 and take three years to complete.

Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director General of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, told AKP that the detailed design of the project has been completed and it is now in the process of selecting a construction company.

“Now we have entered the stage of selecting builders, and the construction will begin in 2021 and is scheduled to be completed by 2024," he said.

The deep port terminal has a length of 350 metres with a water depth of 14.50 metres, which can handle container vessels of 13 metre deep, and medium-sized vessels with a capacity of 5,000 TEU.

The Cambodia Airports are the best investment of Muhibah. Muhibbah's 21% stake in the Concession Company, SCA as of 31st March 2020, has a carrying value of approximately RM700 million with high level of cash and very little debts.

The estimated amount of profit, just Muhibbah's portion of 21%, retained in SCA (Cambodia Airport), after paying dividends, accumulated from 2011 to 2019 is a whopping rm 431million. Not yet counted the earlier years before 2011.

This alone is already accounted for 90% of the present company Market Cap of RM485 millions.

We refer to our announcements on 28 November 2017 and 12 December 2017 in relation to an
Outsourcing Agreement (“Agreement”) between Formis Network Services Sdn Bhd (“FNS”), a
subsidiary of Omesti Berhad and Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) for the supply,
implementation, training, support and maintenance of the SSM’s Core Digital Registry Solution (“Core
Project”).
The Company wishes to announce that FNS has received a letter dated 8 July 2020 from Messrs
Rahmat Lim & Partners, the solicitors acting for SSM confirming that SSM has maintained its decision
to terminate the Agreement in accordance with SSM’s 5 August 2019 letter as SSM believes that no
amicable solution can be reached between the parties. Prior to this, the parties have been in dispute
resolution discussions, a mechanism provided for under the Agreement, since FNS took the position
and continues to maintain the position that SSM has wrongfully terminated the Agreement and that FNS
did not accept the said termination as it was invalid.
The Company maintains that FNS is not in default of the Agreement and the Agreement has been
wrongfully terminated. In view thereof, FNS will take such further actions as are necessary to enforce
its rights and to claim for, amongst others, all costs incurred for the development of the Project and
damages arising from the wrongful termination.
The Company has not recognised any financial contributions from the Core Project to-date. There is no
financial impact for the financial year ending 31 March 2021 to the Group.
The Board wishes to highlight that the Company has a readily available working digital business registry
solution, known as BR-IDGE. This solution, which is configurable and can be deployed on a modular
basis, has attracted significant interest in various international jurisdictions where agreements have
been finalised with local partners. These include Thailand and the wider SE Asia region, Kuwait and
the Middle East, and South Africa and the wider African Continent.
The Company will make the requisite announcement on further developments on the above matter in
due course.

Passenger Traffic in Cambodia's 3 International Airports Plunge 98% In May 2020


Closure of air space to most airlines, especially regional carriers, reduced frequency, shuttered borders and travel curbs has impacted Cambodia’s air traffic greatly, almost crippling the industry and the airports.

Norinda Khek, Communication PR Director of Cambodia Airports told Khmer Times that the number of passengers for May plunged 98 percent in all three international airports managed by the company, compared to the same month last year.

“In May 2019, the three airports recorded 900,067 passengers but for this May, we registered just 18,135. The regular airlines that still operate are more or less the same ones that have maintained flights since the Covid-19 outbreak.

“They include some Chinese carriers with links from/to Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Kunming and Guangzhou. However, the flight frequencies have been significantly reduced.

There are also flights with Asiana Air and Korean Air from/to Seoul, each on a three weekly service basis (instead of on a daily basis previously,” Mr Khek pointed out.

An airline official who declined to identified said that Cambodia should consider easing some of the entry requirements, such as the $50,000 insurance policy.

“Having a certified letter stating the passenger is free of Covid-19 72 hours prior to boarding is fine, as with the new visa, but two issues remain prohibitive. They are the $50,000 insurance policy since the government had announced very early on that free medical treatment will be given for all Covid-19 patients, irrespective of their nationality.

“The other is the Government designated quarantine area as there has been so much of bad publicity with the facility. They could consider an undertaking by the passenger that the passenger will be responsible for the hotel accommodation (choices has to be provided with rates) during the 14 days required period,” the official said.

He said that he is finding it extremely difficult to persuade his headquarters to resume flights to Phnom Penh, at least, with a reduced frequency of three flights a week or even two fights per week but is not making any headway because of the overly prohibitive conditions.

Khmer Times has learned that some airlines which had previously flown up to three times a day to Phnom Penh have been opening their booking sites for bookings and then abruptly cancelled them.

“Foreigners remaining in Cambodia are running out of cash, reserves and want to go home bit the frequent cancellation of flights, especially after payment being made and accepted and not refunded, is putting more strains.

“A workable solution must be found to accommodate flights and flights must be mounted. This is where bilateral relations must come into play,” the airline executive said. Khmer Times.
