My calculation is as follow:

Contract price is USD1.865 billion Convert to RM is RM7,75 billion (USD/ RM4.15) with 23% margin. So the construction cost is around RM5.9 billion

Annual depreciation is RM7.75 billion/25 years = RM310 million/year. Based on 30% sharing of profit is around RM120 million to RM130 million. So annual profit from the power plant is range from RM400 million to RM433 mliion for 100% holding

If using RM400 million, Net cash inflow is RM400 million+RM310 million (depreciation) = RM710 million. Payback period is 8.3 years (RM5.9 billion /RM710 million)

If using RM433 million, Net cash inflow is RM433 million+RM310 million (depreciation) = RM743 million. Payback period is 8 years (RM5.9 billion /RM710 million)

Based on the management guide payment back period of 8 to 9 years is reasonable.

Based on my own research share of profit for Jaks 30% for the power plant should be around RM120 million to RM135 million after operations.Therefore, EPS should be around 19 cents to 20 cents for the power plant exclude Malaysia operation. Assume PE of 12 (25 years recurring income) the power plant worth RM2.2 to RM 2.4

Current target of RM1.22 still cheap and I have just add in more today. The potential return is 100% return in 1 year to 1.5 year time.

Every thing is correlation lo. When you earn more, you will buy a house. What happen if your house cannot complete on time or developer bankrupt ? Every things got risk just how you manage it only and reduce to minimal level.

Ignore the price movement after quarterly announcement, the share price has increased significantly towards completion. 4 more months to go for plant 1 to commercial run on Q2 2020 and 2nd plant in Q3 2020.

For the profit from the power plant, Mr Koon is expert in this sector and he already provide explanation the reason he bought Jaks in 2017. DK66 has also provide sufficient evidence on this. Based on this 2 factors I believe current weakness is a very good chance to accumulated.
