For steel industry in Malaysia the only concern is demand and efficiency. China is no longer a threat to Malaysia steel industry. For Lion, the company has very strong operating cash flow of > RM100 million which keep it survive and kept reducing its borrowing despite annonce net loss for year 2015 and 2016. Stock level for Lion quite low will made its earning more stable .Unlike anjoo profit fluctuate as it stocks are nearly 1.8 times of its sales

Based on my calculation this quarter net profit should be around RM40-45 millions..

Just follow KYY golden rule

1) profit for current year will more than previous year and projeced PE will below 10 in next year.
2) Profit expected to increase next year due to 200billiin mega project.

Will the safeguard duties, I believe if the demand is there, profit is more or less there as normally mill maintain certain profit margin. Demand are most likely come from the mega project of 200 billion which is unlikely to delay due to coming election.

Director sell also means the price are well supported.
