1.68 is really not fair and also not reasonable...last dealing 12/06/2013 between Tan Sri Ong and OSKE only done by RM1.50 per share already shown their motif...

i just coming back from their AGM and just be informed that they will carry on share-buy-back and not decide to distribute it to shareholders. I think this share-buy-back is the initial step for taken private. This AGM meeting dismissed too soon and nobody discuss about dividend and privasation.

马麵粉厂探討进军缅甸

（吉隆坡16日讯）马麵粉厂（MFLOUR，3662，主板消费股）將视缅甸为该公司麵粉厂业务的潜在市场。

马麵粉厂主席丹斯里阿尔沙阿佑表示，在缅甸麵粉厂非常少，所以该公司正在探討进军缅甸。

「我们放眼今年的麵粉厂业务成长5%。隨著成功以联营的方式进军印尼市场，我们正在探討进军缅甸，將它视为下一个潜在市场。」

他在今天出席该公司股东常年大会后，向媒体发表谈话。马麵粉厂除了以联营的方式进军印尼市场，该公司在越南也拥有两家麵粉厂。

阿尔沙表示，印尼的厂房每天生產约1500公吨的麵粉。他说，麵粉厂业务占公司整体盈利的50至70%比重。

此外，他透露，该公司在红土坎扩展其製造、包装和仓库设施的计划已经完成，並且已经在2012年末季投入营运。

他补充说，「在巴西古当类似的扩张计划预计会在今年的8月或9月完成。」另一方面，他称，马麵粉厂也有意涉足家畜与原料贸易业务。

无论如何，他指出，该公司面对的最大挑战就是波动的商品价格和外匯匯率。

「我们將会继续扩大我们的经济规模，加强我们的竞爭优势以及改善效率。
