AirAsia upgrade to Neutral from Underweight

This quarter, Air Asia huge improvements in earnings and profit margins thanks to the additional revenue from BigPay and Santan. We think the company still has a long way to go until full recovery as a result of the rise in crude oil prices and slower-than-expected vaccination progress. However, we are more optimistic than ever with regards to the company's future plans to diversify into the online consumer discretionary space, 'possibly' to disrupt other industry players such as Grab and Foodpanda.

Long term price target: RM1.2

The thing about investing in water in most countries is the fact that these companies usually are involved in a lot of nepotism and dirty politics/corruption. This company does involve some risks due it being an ACE stock and terrible margins, but you can use it as a hedge in case the world runs out of water.

I watched the interview with YTL Ceo on Bloomberg a few weeks ago and it was pretty decent actually. Basically the gist of the interview is that construction activities have returned to normal and investors should expect a short term jump in profits in the utilities and construction business. From this point, short-sellers should re-access their position and consider going Long on YTL

Tomorrow DKSH might sustain its run given the surprise announcement regarding vaccine distribution. The core business remains profitable and shareholders will be rewarded in the short term. This is both a short and medium term play.

I don't care about Creador or Brahmal. I compare it with other international peers. Transunion, the largest credit reporting agency in the world, is trading at more than 80x PE years ago around its IPO. Now it stabilises at 50x
