If some noticed, u see a bullish set-up of Zelan since Mar 21. But at the same time, investors that understand Zelan also should understand that it is not walk in the park for it to continue to go up. As many frustrated investors / traders will sell any each level as they are holding too long. It will take a bit more time for it to go even higher

Q1 2021, it has finally recognised the award of RM292.1mn and this award has been successfully recognised and registered in the court of Abu Dhabi. And no legal ground anymore for the project owner to appeal on this.
This could be the silver lining needed by Zelan.

Even IIUM concession cash inflow is not substantial but it provides another 14 years of cash inflows to Zelan of RM24-25mn a year. That will substantially help Zelan to survive

Just fyi, I believed why the Zelan didn't participate in new tenders as Zelan financially not strong to kick-start the project even if it got it. However, it is has better financial footing than what it is 3 years ago with commencement of maintaining IIUM's concession with RM24-25mn cash inflow a year and sub-contract works for SUKE Highway.
Hence, once they got sum of RM292.1mn from the project owner of the demolished Meena Plaza, turning fortune for Zelan. With major financial boost, their focus is to go into renewables

The sum of AED256.1mn (approx. RM292.1mn) should be awarded anytime soon. This is 3 times the market cap of Zelan and provides the needed lifeline for Zelan to commit money for new projects and dividends going forward.
The Abu Dhabi Cassation Court ruled in favour of ZHSB by rejecting the project owner’s application to nullify the Award on 30 April 2020 and dismissing the project owner’s application for Grievance on 25 October 2020. There is no legal ground and avenues for the project owner continued to challenge and dispute the validity
Also. the Meena Plaza Project, including its four (4) towers was demolished on 27 November 2020 by the Department of Municipalities and Transport of Abu Dhabi. This will not dilute the right of ZHSB to recover the awarded sum from the project owner. Further, the Award has been successfully registered and recognised in the Court of Abu Dhabi.

On course for one of the busiest years
Buyers and investors are still scrambling for properties across the UK. The property market is even on course to have its busiest year since the financial crisis. And 2021 is looking to be one of the top 10 busiest years since 1959, according to Zoopla’s latest House Price Index.

Also, the Company has a very unique position. They are into automation and AI but they can cater into various industries that constantly required less human interventions and automation in their processes to give edge and to optimise their costs

My view is the Company is not only changing its name but more of corporate re-branding. First of all, I-Stone name doesn't sound appealing if you are expanding your automation business into other sectors in O&G, semiconductor and also telecommunication. Also, it gives better impression to its existing and future clientele as they are working towards highly specialised automation equipment beyond electric appliances and E&E.
What I can see that Q4 20 results was very impressive. If not because of ESOS, the Company could achieve a very credible results. In Q1 21, it was because of Covid cases for 2 facilities and additional outsourcing costs and OTs to meet its demand. If its operations is back to normalcy, Q1 21 could be profitable. Do note that the Company has growing revenue quarter-on-quarter. At 18 cents, it is definitely a value buy

In comparison of Malaysia, property transactions is on decreasing trend. In year 2019, 328 k was transacted and it dropped to less than 250 k in year 2020. Bear in mind, UK population is only double Malaysia but the property transactions is 6 times higher. And UK properties are not cheap

Tony Fernandes is lucky that he got AA during the start the boom of global travel. Since than he did a lot bad mistakes - overly expanded into silly routes (i.e. high demand but at the same time cut-throat competition), adding all the non-core businesses, regularly paying dividends which is unusual for high capex industries, concentrate too much on marketing effort than understanding consumers needs. Is very hard to invest in a business that you cannot control its revenue and costs like Air Asia. His golden time is all over and not because of Covid but Covid is just the last nail in the coffin

Essentially, there is no change of ownership of the 27% equity stake. It is always owned by GLL EWI (HK) Limited and continued to do so. The change was the holding companies of GLL EWI, HL Holdings Sdn Bhd and Hong Leong Company (Malaysia) Berhad ceased to have "indirect" equity stake in EWINT due to internal restructuring exercise of Hong Leong Group.
However, it is still indirectly owned by Guoco Group Limited, Tan Sri' Quek Leng Chan, Kwek Leng Beng and their related companies.
