How much Annjoo and other 3 long rebar company will be effected if the minimum wages carry out as expected government will announce the revise of the minimum wages on the budget 2018.

Also how much they will get effected if the electricity tariff hike.

Leo, from the result showing from past few quarter. the demand still quite sluggish.

Thought , local price is already lower than the imported China steel. local market now should not influx by the import steel.
Theoritical , long rebar steel company -4 . should able to grab the portion from previous import steel . around 1 times of the current big 4 revenue .
is it the current market , developer and construction are very caution on buying the material.

Revenue of Amsteel is the highest among all the big 4 long steel product.
With the strengthen of the balance sheet , they may able to perform much more better.

The last question is whether they can get enough raw mat to grab the sales.

From you statement , Amsteel are facing supply constraint , can it also mean the revenue will be very good on Q3.

The cost is relatively correct on Q1. headcost assump constant.
As Q2 and Q3 , the raw material should be gone down but Q3 it went up again.

Theoretical is correct but the raw material cost is swing from time to time so the cost will change as well.
But in average - we can assump it correct.

Basically i just use the revenue as 400m as got friend told me some downstream steel company (pipe , mesh ) sales dropped 20 percent compare to Q1.

So by 400m i roughly count from there. PBT around 8 - 13.

Since q3 2016 , construction company clearing the inventory n not dare to stock up.
Anyhow so many project kick start recently, they have to stock up for their real demand.
If the sales volume is same as last year Q1 and the ASP is higher. , mean the revenue n profit maybe easily higher than last quarter. Double digit EPS.

Hope the iron ore n steel price can no going further downward.

- isit will be temporary squeezed down due to their stocking high price iron ore and scrap metal.
- so after few months, the margin will recover due to iron ore stocking price drop and steel price drop.
Thus, the raw material and Annjoo steel price will be parallel again.

as the steel price surge so much - 30-50 percent vs last year price. Q4 demand is very low.
if Q1 the demand pick up. estimate can go to 600 mil or above.
