My view , as far as business is concern, it is very good, This counter should worth much more. 75 sen at least. But the management team is damn lousy, probably selfish as well. Making good money for over a decade, but never give a single sen dividend. Give dividend lah!

Only IF KPS gives yearly dividend, the price will be much higher, anytime.

The Board of Directors of BKCB is pleased to announce that the Company has on 19 November 2015 received a Letter of Acceptance issued by Vattanac Properties Limited which has been duly executed by Bintai Kindenko Pte Ltd (“BKPL”) (a 69.82% subsidiary of the Company) to undertake the “Proposed Supply, Installation and Commissioning of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Systems for Rosewood Hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia” (“Project”) for a contract sum of USD15,150,000 (or equivalent to approximately RM64,887,450 based on the exchange rate of USD1.00 : RM4.283 ). Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Project is estimated to be completed by 31 August 2016.

The Project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of BKCB Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2016.

New EP contract balances out the weak results

Mudajaya announced that it has secured a RM375m offshore equipment and procurement (EP) contract for the 40%-owned 62MW wind energy farm in Cebu, the Philippines. Though it forms part of our RM700m new job wins in 2014, the contract is a positive surprise as it is the first EP contract after India with lucrative pretax margins in the region of 20% by our estimate. It should also chip in c.RM35m to pretax profit p.a. from FY15.

Cheaper the LA, higher the yield for your interest.

WA will earn nothing each year while LA will earn yearly interest of 1%. However, the yield is more than 1% now, since the cost is less than 7.5 sen

LA can convert to mother share without forking out a single sen while WA can't.

LA exercise price is only 60 sen while WA exercise price is 80 sen.
LA has a nominal face value of 7.5 sen while WA has zero value.
Why still got people buy WA ? ... hahaha
