A good time to buy is after the cash settlement valuation period of warrants.

Example : DRBHCOM-CV and MUDAJYA-CO (fyi, i made good money despite the attack last Thursday on their mother. Without the attack, i will make even more. However, the attack was expected. )

Please monitor to see what i said is true. DRBHCOM and MUDAJYA will shoot up very soon. FYI, I am expecting it

DRB-Hicom‟s group managing director, Tan Sri Mohd Khamil Jamil shared his views on the group at a media retreat in Sabah. According to various news sources, he spoke on: (i) going big in education for automotive engineering; (ii) rationale on the two recent acquisitions of Konsortium Logistik (KLB) and Composites Technology Research (CTRM); and (iii) updating on the divestment of 30%-stake in Bank Muamalat. We maintain our Outperform call on DRB-Hicom with an unchanged 12-month target price of RM3.53.

Going big in education. As reported by The Star, education is slated to be the next big thing for DRB-Hicom which has pumped about RM350m into its International College of Automotive (ICAM). According to the group MD, the ICAM has applied for university status and is looking at an enrolment of 7,000 students within the next five years. We view the ICAM positively as it will provide DRB-Hicom the necessary manpower and expertise for its sprawling automotive businesses.

Upbeat on recent acquisitions. The Business Times reported DRBHicom is bullish that its acquisitions of KLB and CTRM will provide synergies and add new core businesses to provide impetus for the group‟s future growth. On KLB acquisition, DRB-Hicom can offer an integrated logistics services with KLAS providing first mile, Pos Malaysia providing last mile and KLB filling the in between gap. On CTRM, while aero-composites will remain its core business, DRB-Hicom can leverage on its expertise in composite materials to reduce weight of vehicle and improving energy efficiency (in line with the upcoming NAP on energy efficient vehicles).

Update on disposal of 30%-stake in Bank Muamalat. The Malay Mail reported that DRB-Hicom has yet to finalise the new party for its divestment of 30%-stake in Bank Muamalat. To recap, DRB-Hicom is required by Bank Negara to reduce its 70%-stake in Bank Muamalat to 40%. The group MD said the dilution of stake had been a prolonged process as the group was looking into a strategic partnership or an exercise that could add value and increase Bank Muamalat‟s penetration into the Islamic financial business. While we do not expect the dilution of DRB-Hicom‟s stake in Bank Muamalat soon, we are expecting the group to finalise its sale of its general insurance arm, Uni.Asia General Insurance, in the near-term.

Maintain Outperform. We maintain our Outperform call on DRB-Hicom with an unchanged target price of RM3.53 based on sum-of-parts valuation. We like DRB-Hicom for: (i) its undervalued assets embedded within the group such as its 70%-stake in Bank Muamalat, its 32.2%-stake in Pos Malaysia as well as substantial properties holdings; and (ii) upside potential for its automotive division from successful collaboration of DRB-Hicom with global auto players and contribution from Deftech‟s AV8 contract in 2014.

On the contrary to datuk's view, CSL is a great stock to buy now. whether to invest or to trade , both are very good. This is my honest view. I still have 2KK csl shares.
