DAYA MATERIALS BERHAD
Entitlement date for the exchange of all ordinary shares in Daya Materials Berhad ("DMB" or "Company") ("DMB Shares") with new ordinary shares in Propel Global Berhad ("PGB") ("PGB Share(s)") on the basis of 1 new PGB Share for every 100 existing DMB Shares held, via a scheme of arrangement under Section 366 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Proposed Share Exchange"). Those investors still holding AGES-PA bought before ex-date (11/4) are carrying losses of at least 40% based on closing price of 0.045!!!
Even after 40% discount, it would still be out of money if you choose to buy 13 AGES-PA at 0.045 costing total of 0.585 for conversion. Based on mother closing price of 0.36

Directors should be setting the issue price for PP shares very soon.
Fixing too high price might chase away potential PP investors
More likely to touch new low for directors to set an attractive price to entice more PP investors more easily.

2. Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants entails the issuance of up to 791,850,045 Rights Shares together with up to 395,925,022 Warrants C on a renounceable basis of 4 Rights Shares together with 2 Warrants C for every 1 Consolidated Share
The illustrative issue price of RM0.10 per Rights Share (“Indicative Issue Price”)
