Company reported good profits but no dividend declared to reward shareholders.
Instead directors proposing to extract more money from shareholders via Rights issue.
Investors need to ask for good explanation from directors.

Directors are responsible to ensure success of rights issue exercise to raise fund from shareholders but they are not responsible to ensure shareholders make money from subscription of rights issue shares.

Unless there is exception in this case, Warrant will be consolidated as well. The exercise price will be adjusted up by 10x.
Sad for those warrant holders. Next week, it should trade at 0.005 seller quote.

After consolidation, if warrant exercise price is adjusted from 5 to 50, then the warrant will be grossly out of money. If that's the case, next week it will likely trade at 0.005 seller quote.

It is ok to hold some paper losses. That's stock market.
Only fear is for directors to make announcement on fund raising via shares consolidation & rights issue, in near future if they are not able to generate reasonable profits from the company fund utilised in the various projects.
