MOU cancelled
TA WIN HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TA WIN" OR THE "COMPANY")
On behalf of the Company, the Board wishes to announce that Ta Win had on 30 September 2021 served a termination letter to RR One to terminate the MOU with effect on 30 September 2021 as the parties were unable to conclude the discussions with details and terms of the joint venture. Pursuant thereto, the Company will no longer be pursuing the proposed joint venture with RR One as contemplated in the MOU.
The termination of the MOU does not have any financial impact to the Company.
This announcement is dated 30 September 2021.

For those who are thinking whether to buy at this price, just remember the current price is the result of the following corporate exercise followed by goreng activity capitalising on announcement of some MOUs and cheap contract award.
Sorry for those who had gone through the exercise and still holding the shares with paper losses.

Congrats to all Kanger shareholders for all the good news.
Expect directors to release more good news.
But still have to see whether all these good news will translate into expected profits in next few quarter results. Otherwise they will just be another sales gimmick.

Maybe conso 20:1 and follow by rights issue 4:1 with free warrants.

Be careful of aggressive promoters. Some promoted when price was 50, 40, 30 but dropped to below 20.
Wait for Right Issue price fixing announcement before deciding on next stage.
Directors intention are to collect money from shareholders. Whether shareholders make money from rights issue is not their responsibility.

Rights Issue operator would still be happy to unload mom at 5 and warrant at 1 to release their funds used for the rights excess subscription, indirectly increasing the percentage of rights subscription by retailers.
