Hong Kong listing will bring up higher PE for topglove. You check yahoo finance Intco medical latest TTM PE is 15 . After this qr result out in March Topglove PE will drop to single digit. Hong Kong listing meaning Chinese , US institutions investor will come in. JPM said bcos local fund too small to push the fund up too much. This is the catalyst. Wake up Malaysia . Don’t get manipulated by IB to sell ur share at this price.

Sales u from JPM? I wonder TG will appoint you as the banker to list in Hong Kong. Then it’s a good plan for management to buy at distressed price. Good strategy.

I think price will not move until June of this year . Bcos all analyst price in for good result this year, but all expected profit to drop into half in 2022 and another half in 2023. So bascailly they all are saying this year good result is one off event. Next year or two will back to normal. Currently nitrille lead time for Top glove is 200 days as in topglove website. If in June still 200 days , we know that the ASP will not come down next year . Maybe ASP keep increasing until it find a price that you will can still find a buyer. JP morgan said ASP will drop 2nd half of this year. We shall see.
Few reasons why JP Morgan is wrong :
1. Virus fully controlled in 2021 , the whole world don' t need as much glove any more.
2. Testing for Covid will stop in 2021, as Vaccine will work.
3. Scientist in the world , don' t need glove to produce new vaccine or booster for new variant, ie South African Variant.
4. Health awareness. Even we can control Covid 19 ,how about prevention for the next pendemic ?
5. Injection for Covid Vaccine don' t need gloves . CVS in US still uses gloves for covid injection.
