thx... i have not punt b4 a warrant so close to expiry, but lets see what happens... a small amount wouldn't matter as this will be first hand experience, but if one wants to have a solid portfolio gain, then there are way better counters... from chart it looks good, from news, it's supporting the chart... and that's what I see...

At first, I would be inclined to believe that someone will push down the warrant, but think again these factors:-
a) Warrant trades at premium when so close to expiry
b) Langat 2 will start when WASIA invoked
c) Federal gov will invoke WASIA in 2 weeks time, AG needs 2 weeks to invoke according to minister
d) Salcon on chart is holding nicely above MA 10 ever since 0.75 was breached previously.
e) Rumour today out in paper saying MMC-SALCON-AZRB is now front runner instead of Gamuda, IJM etc.... so it is always the buy the rumour, sell the fact 2 weeks later kind of thing.
f) US stock is back to bullish, if momentum resumes, should break new high pretty soon... then this US dollar should still go further down, further push RM stronger and keep our index strong due to strength in palm oil price.
g) EPS dilution after warrant conversion is just a down the road thing in the future, does not matter for short term trading in 2 months time.
h) Why wouldn't the Salcon boss get more money from the warrant conversion since if they are going to build the Langat 2 and property development. They need all the bullet they can have... so it is in their interest to make sure the warrant is in the money...

Taiko, 130 lots is very small. Sometimes when the stock is rising and if its tightly held, big shareholder need to release some lots for syndicate to pick up and goreng. This 2 months do or die, they will maintain stock above 0.75.

Agree with stealheart. Even to make from 20cent stock is also very difficult. Try look at 70 80 cent share, the desire to break thru rm 1 is there and if they show momentum, they are good.

S&p and dow very strong tonight. If dow breaks new high, 1900 s&p will be here. This rally will be strongest and long lasting. Hopefully pdz will follow thru. But i can see a lot stock that can follow thru as well... ock sentoria encorp tropicana sunway etc... too many to count.

Hi Risk, i don't trade small cap often, but looking at the chart, it seems it has broken the 14c critical multi year resistance with significant volume. Yes, it has been washed down (back test) but this comes at small volume and last friday action saw it pushed above MA10, guess selling has been temporarily stopped. It does seem price still holding well at 12c per your earlier comment, maybe you already know some insider news...
