On your educational blog, you showed how to trade divergences. The divergence is using stochastic. May I know what is the stochastic parameters used? I use the standard 5%K period, 3%K slowing and 3%D period, exponential. Is this the same as your setting? many thanks.

The drop was started in the morning... so what's its telling is the drop is related to general market sentiment due to 1MDB etc (which is very prevalent on newspapers during the weekend & tenaga today).... if SIGN had dropped only afternoon then it could be related to bad earnings, as pple would know when they submit to Bursa... bottom line, sign does not have enough liquidity to house the short term traders at present, so bounce tomorrow? possibly... but am a long term investor... daily noise does not matter to me...

re: Dusti, I study chart and liquidity. I study that many blog has written about signature, many seems to be analyst background, i would reckon this stock is liken by fund manager (they think the same and will surely act the same).... bottom line, it's a fund manager stock because its earnings are transparent and clear and predictable, but not enough share capital to chew... with the selling of HSC, it seems market have more liquidity for fund manager to collect, plus if they do bonus will be even better.... from its chart, its' consolidated very nicely, now is breakout, from that, usually I will target 20% from breakout, but this I will hold longer, firstly it's in All time high, 2ndly it's profit increases substantially, but still with low share capital base, thirdly analyst likes the word rerating, so it's easily 80 to 100% from 2.3 once they rerate if you ask me.... my view is simple, this year should see very good activities for small / mid cap... in 1997, capital was flowing from east to west to want EURO (hence we have asian financial crisis), this time, is the other way, capital is moving from EURO to USD assets (equities, US dollar) and Asia... pple just have no confidence in EURO anymore...

Hi, I read the announcement on share split proposal and reaction by CIMB, why would share split (adding more shares) have positive impact to the stock? Wouldn't it dilute the EPS further? it sounds similar to bonus issue, but they are converting from warrant to mother share right? they don't need money from the warrant holders?

He's combined good earnings visibility, undervalued plus most importantly liquidity.... meaning can anyone get hold of a good piece of action... perhaps yes, HSC is selling and we can ride on... the amount of shares acquired is definitely by institutional fund....

This is characteristic of a stock going to be rerated. Due partly to improved earnings and very good liquidity by monday....
