Don't so worry about the profit in this quarter whether you take out the negative goodwill or high admin cost, this company still make good profit, please look at their inventories come to RM92mil, it just the timing of offtake of crude oil in storage did not happen in this qtr, that's why the revenue almost same as last quarter even though average bbl/day up, but keep in mind last quarter inventories has increased value in this quarter due to the crude oil uptrend...my2cent

IMO, NS acquisition should be bargain purchase or negative goodwill due to economic benefit since Jan 2017 (if NS made some profit since last year), that mean Hib paid less for the NS assets to appear as on off gain in P&L this coming qtr, can't wait to see how much profit NS made since 2017

I decided to keep this counter for 1-3 years, I am not rush...very straight forward business, sell crude oil...when oil going up earn more, oil come down earn less, as long as does not cross the opex threshold, keep the opex low, and cash flow can cover the capex the company will doing well...I can wait....

Warrant price depends on mother share price, plus some time value (the longer expire time will bear higher time value), as warrant price usually lower than the mother share price so by leverage effect it can push up higher easily compare to mother share, high percentage return also higher risk. If investors look good the company future the warrant will carry higher premium, as you see the WC now

not really, i'm in the market more than 20 yrs, not active in any forum, insas not in my radar for the past few years only recently, i found it superb potential

if the company business related heavily on dealing with securities, as for the past 6 months due to bursa stocks rally, imo the company should do well in the coming quarter

Mother company San Miguel is one of the largest conglomerate in Philippines maybe can considered as one of the world also, I can't see anything can go wrong, as Petron Philippines has the know how to manage such project. As this big project coming in sure attract a lot of institutional investors, as now we can see the share price not moving much due to iliquidity. For those think that is too risky please sell to other investors has great fate on the company...
