If what the Ex Banker said is true, it's either a cash dividend,to privatise the company at Rm1.50-Rm1.70 (or rm0.50-rm0.70 for Wa as ex price is RM1.00) or maybe a rights issue where Wa cannot take part (unless they exercise so).Only some free replacement wa and there wouldn't be any adjustment in wa's exercise price as it cannot be lower than the par value of the mother share.....
