Price already increased from 0.30 to 0.795 after posting the q1 result...is q1 an one off case or can we see the same in q2?how do they derived such a wonderful high net profit margin in q1??

Kcchongnz, the fact is that Mr.Koon is rich and famous, his social status is certainly much higher than anyone of us here.Whatever he posted here surely carry more weights and deeper influence, especially to the newbies. Thus, I think Mr.Koon should be more cautious and responsible in his sharing, knowing that his followers could be very much influenced by him.

Mr.Koon has opened 9 threads to promote Jtiasa as the most undervalued stock ,good profit growth prospect and all kinds of beautiful stories .When his article first posted on 05 Nov 2013, the price of Jtiasa was around RM2.10. Despite so much of wonderful pictures he painted on the outlook of Jtiasa, seems that Mr.Koon is just happy enough to dispose his 50% holdings in Jtiasa at Rm2.70, which is abt 28.5% increase from RM2.10 (I dun know what is his actual cost...so I took the price when his first post appeared in I3 on 05 Nov 2013). Infact, I understand that Mr.Koon started to promote this counter way back in mid 2012, where price was around RM2.80-RM2.90.

Mr.Koon, I just don't understand all this.It's just another trick similar to Rsawit. Maybe that is the reason why I can never be a Superinvestor like u in this life.

My 800k shares friend became more n more worried everyday seeing ideal lausai endlessly n seeing million of sellers are being parked there since early morning....maybe dato overheard our postings here n wanted to push the price below rm0.25 so that my friend would sell all to him????dato,if that is yr Intention then at least build more toilets in HQ so that u can employ more cleaners.....now myself n cktan r in the waiting list....there will be more n more to join....trust me

He did mention that he could reserve a vacancy for me should I lose like hell in Ideal and needs a job to repay my debts....anyway later he deleted all his post...

Cash increased drastically and seems that the net profit margin is very high from the revenue (Harvesting) of RM38 million, the net profit posted is RM27 million....

Did they just obtain this recently? Why suddenly their sales and profit surged drastically? Why this was never being recorded in the past quarters?

The increase in revenue was contributed by the logs sales proceeds amounting to RM27.29 million from the concession of the Group's timber management subsidiary, Kumpulan Pengurusan Kayu-Kayan Trengganu Sdn. Bhd. ("KPKKT") during the current quarter under review. The six (6) compartments in the concession were part of a land area in KPKKT's concession that was awarded to the Group's shareholder, Lembaga Tabung Amanah Warisan Negeri Terengganu ("LTAWNT") by the Terengganu State Land Office for mining purposes. In return, KPKKT was given the right to extract and sell the logs therein.

Focuz, JTI is a different case as this is a privatisation case where the Offeror doesn't intend to maintain the lisitng status of the company. As for Dbhd, it will be similar to Sunsuria and Ecoworld where the Offeror intend to maintain the listing status.

You may check with your remisier for more details about MGO as I am not expect in this regards.So far, I see everything is going smooth with the recent cases such as Sunsuria(Maica) & Ecoworld (Focal Aim) where I see the new managements proceeded with their gameplans (rights issue, bonus, split etc and acquiring of new assets / biz)
