Agree with batam. They(LCH and NZH) will subscribe RI with profit made earlier as well as those unsubscribed RI.

NZA still has 1 million shares so he need RM 200K to subscribe for his RI entitlement.

Since LCH keep his remaining 4.3 million shares he must subscribe 4.3 million RI at 20 sen or need RM 860K.

According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the 41-year-old Chong Hoon bought 20 million shares, or a 5.62% stake in XOX, on Nov 19 through a restricted share issue exercise at 10 sen each. He disposed of 15.7 million shares, or a 4.41% stake, on the open market on Dec 2.
The block of 20 million shares would have cost him RM2 million. It is not known at what price Chong Hoon sold his shares. Assuming he sold the shares at 23.5 sen on Dec 2, he should have made a handsome profit of RM2.7 million, more than double his investment cost of RM2 million.

When more people aware of XOX, perhaps Digi, Maxis and other Telco subscribers will switch to XOX to save cost.

wan, XOX is a telco company so their subscribers will keep growing as our population grow.

Attraction of RI is free 1 warrant for 1 RI subscribed. If free warrants trade at 30-50% premium(like DPS W, Red Sena W, J Tiasa W) what value should XOX warrant fetch?

Attraction to use XOX service is their super long validity ie pay RM 50 you can use prepaid for 28 mths which is cheaper compare to Digi(RM 33 for only 1 year), Maxis, U Mobile, etc.

Perhaps not only their portion shares but also unsubscribed RI so all XOX top shareholders(Mara, Ng Kok Heng, WAY, NZH, LCH) must prepare the money.

Gone in already but since 2 shareholders LCH and NZH did not dispose all(10 sen shares) meaning they must subscribe XOX 20 sen RI for their remaining shares.

are you sure that the restricted issue hasnt go into the market yet?

Sorry I forgot to mention Ng Kok Heng and Wong Ah Yong. You see they also don't sell their shares meaning they have to come out more money to subscribe XOX RI.

But far below those 10 sen buyers LCH and NZH whom so many XOX haters accused of unfair treatment. LCH and NZH now have to come a lot of money(of their own) to subscribe XOX RI since they still keep their remaining 10 sen restricted shares issued to them.

Those thinking negative why XOX need our money consider RI like buying new counter. Do we need to come out money when buy new counter? When we buy new counter we don't get free warrant but subscribing XOX RI yes.

Free warrants is free for us but not XOX. Perhaps company already making good profit so want to reward shareholders?

Buy more get more free warrant(5-10 seen) when listing. Attraction is free warrant 1 for 1 subscribing RI unlike other stocks which offer 1 for 10 or 1 for 5, etc.

1+1=3 why not good? Meaning buy 1 mother and 1 RI you get 3rd(warrant) for free why not good?

Since NZA and LCH never sell all so they must buy RI at 20 sen. No more 10 sen XOX sell to them.

Should look at how LFE perform after recent RI to comment whether what haters davidkkw79 said is true.

If XOX maintain at 20 sen post RI but I get free warrant(1 for 1) do I lose if subscribe RI?

Got free warrants for every RI subscribed. Anyone know how much warrant worth? 5-10 sen?

Who is queuing at 20sen? Will small Telco like XOX gain at the expense of big one this year? Everybody is looking to cut cost(due to rise in cost of living) so changing to cheaper Telco one way to do so?

Other telcos will suffer next year when XOX subscribers keep growing as more people aware of them.

At least XOX has moved to 70 sen before unlike kakatuah AWC. So if I buy XOX now and next year sell at 70 sen I make 3X ROI.

is cheapest Telco stocks compared to Digi, Maxis, Axiata and others.

I knew Brahmal bought 356 million Instaco at 25 sen whereas other shareholders bought at 27 sen and above.
