I was wondering. If our foreign loans/debts are denominated in us dollars and japanese yen, won't this mean that we should be owing more now since the ringgit has depreciated against the two currencies. If I am right, then how can that leader of ours still be so confident that we will still do well seeing that we owe more now and the country's income will be lower now.

If you own Sumatec shares or whatever shares, don't fall in love with the shares to the extend that you will not want to sell them. My dad used to advise me that it is very important NOT to follow your shares up and do nothing and then follow your shares down and do nothing. He said that when up, sell and forget the market for the time being. When down, buy and keep in cold storage until such times the market goes on a bull run. It works, at least for me.
