Merger is still long way to go. Easily another 6 months from now. If the merger deal is on, doesnt mean the price will go up. The price went down actually from 1.33 to 1.28 due to the announcement that merger application has been submitted to BNM for approval. This provide a very clear signal that investors is pessimistic about the merger. I think better sell now and buy other counter suich as CIMB. No point wasting time to wait for BNM's approval. It gonna takes 6 more months.....Anything can happened within this 6 months.

My fren in Kedah said the property market there is not really good and i think BDB is suffering to clear their stocks. There is no way for High Court to delay or postphone the Tafsiran.
Tafsiran is merely just a calculation for the loss which is much easier than a court case. The case management started since Jan 2017 and now is already 6 months. The result will be reveal soon, common sense will tell you how can the high court simply postphone the case agian and agian without any justification. Please take note that, there is KPI for them to achieve......
