Let's compare someone who has 1944 posts to someone with only 5 posts. Obviously someone is really envious of Mr OTB and waiting for an opportunity to tarnish Mr OTB's reputation. This person is lurking behind and monitoring every single post and waiting for the chance to pounce on Mr OTB with a cowardly act of creating a new ID to post nasty comments.

Frontrunning is buying ahead of an order that one has received. Mr OTB recommends a stock and he has made known to others that he has already owned that stock. There was no frontrunning involved. He did not force anyone to buy it. Let's be fair to him.

Using reference price at 4.28, 6.17/4.28 = 1.44 i.e. 44% premium.

Expiry of 10 years so if we divide it equally, that's 4.4% per annum just on time value of the warrants. Would that be expensive?

May I know what would be the implied volatility of the warrants at 1.45?
