笔者根本不了解本地城市房屋"价格"只一味依着那些"旧数据"…在吉隆玻市区二手公寓30-40万的公寓比比皆是，根本是那些首购族"好高骛远"不切实际心态，比如市中心皇后镇二手公寓才30-40万现买现住楼下就是地铁站商店街到处都是，虽旧了些但还是35万就选择多，但许多首购族就是要买等3，4年新公寓花50-100万！！！心甘情愿作一辈子负债累累！！！
