Yongyou, cos you so apprecitive, i do calculation on yongtai for you,,,Yongtai, have low script. So, we say he earn 20m only a year for his property development. So, 20m/160m share. So, EPS = 0.125. At PE = 10,,worth minimal also Rm 1.25...So, warrant should worth 75 sen...But, i have not factored in the new project launch and any potential jv...But, i can be wrong. Let, time prove it.
