Why did one of the directors sold his shares at 70sen last year when the company was showing a net profit of 8.5 sen per share and NTA 81 SEN ?
Can the Sifu here explain to us the reason.

I believe most small-time players here are awaiting for the share price to rise above 80 sen to sell rather than buying now to sell at above 90 sen.

Why would big investors buy AYS at high price of 76 sen when they could very likely able to buy lower price of say 60-69 sen in the open market? Dont you think something is fishy?

Sold about 15% of my holdings above 66sen and 75.5sen last trading hour of 2021. Will sell some more if it hits above 80sen today, maybe another 15-20%

Hold until the news of the ex-date of warrants issue is out then it's time to start selling bit by bit or anytime when it hits above 80sen and sell all if it hits 99sen and forget the free warrants. That's my strategy in this kind of corporate share exercise.

This company has not much future going forward as the management only thinks of themselves, not the minority shareholders like you and me. So that's why I rather cut loss than trap here.

Just sell and forget about this company as I did when it surged above 70 sen even when my buy price was 90 and above. Cut loss and forget about a bad management practice of SBB rather than give dividends. It could easily gave out 5 - 10 sen div..

Today Rubberex share performance is one of the worst among the glove sector. I believe because of the SBB capped @ 0.62 at the moment so retailers and investors stopped buying at more or less at 0.62 too.
Better give dividends with the SBB fund, more meaningful for long term purpose.

Selling pressure is still there so SBB may be futile later when SBB stopped. Nobody wins.

SBB will eventually benefit the Boss and PP buyers @$0.80 and when the share price is pushed up to say 0.70-0.8if possible, the Boss and his partners will start selling again and price will drop back down as like before if the QR isn't good enough. This is the scenario I foresee likely to happen as the Boss had exhibited similar pattern before.

The Boss doesn't care about the other shareholders, instead of giving good dividend he decided to SBB, what a waste of good money when it cannot halt share prices from dropping lower. Better consolidate the shares eg 4:3 if you want to maintain the share price at current or slightly higher price. That's only my opinion to share with those who can comprehend the situation.
