Net Profit 2Q23- RM7.68m excluded the gain on disposal of land (batch plant) which is RM4.909m, the profit generated from the normal course of business should be RM2.771m. Taken out the gain on disposal - Net profit 2Q23 VS 2Q22 : RM2.771m vs RM2.234m, +0.534m / 24%. Topline increases 17%. Really can't "catch the ball" what is the logical behind : Mikro bought 25% of BESB with RM75m (cash + share issuance). Then share swap (BESB 25%) to exchange 25% of Elridge Energy (subjected to ACE listing approval). This deal is OK. All stakeholders of BESB (remaining 75%) to be sold their holdings to Elridge Energy with RM34.98m. Can you image Mikro bought 25% of BESB at RM75m but Elridge Energy bought 75% of BESB at RM34.98m? But why Mikro has to pay more to acquire BESB in the first place ???? Pls correct me if my information is inaccurate....

Actually, not many stocks were traded at 0.095. Based on the record only 402 lots transacted (value : RM3,819).

Armadatuah, ha ha, you already noticed this changes. Based on my draft calculation of share disposal since Dec 2022 till Dec 2023, he may have pocket in RM200M (a conservative figures). That's why, I have been telling that "never underestimated" his ability to recover in short term. More of the investors will view this shares disposal by the substantial shareholder cum founder as a negative sign. The reason why he continues dispose shares of a solid company that he established, only he has the answer. From the comments, some may think this company is "worth penny" because they may not understand their "nature of business" but...... I will give more stories on the right timing....

Pre-closing session, 16,000 lots done at 0.135 push the closing price to 0.135 from 0.130. Further spurring the buying interest on the counter. A good omen. This "hammer" needs to be reconfirmed by next trading. The price won't be moving up as long as the boss keeps selling the shares. Enjoy your weekend. See you Monday.

The "leg" is coming if can stay at the floor of 0.14 today, would brightly see a temporary trend reversal is coming. Now I'm partial open my "book". Don't want to write more worry would emotionally affect you all. Later armadatuah's health is declining, can't enjoy his life as usual. Ha ! Ha ! Take care.

Armadatuah, for buying this type of counter, you should mentality strong besides having spare money. The counter would not bound immediately perhaps taking a few months to go up. When we recalled one of the company in Bursa namely "Bahvest' which is involving shareholders' battle, those who bought in the counter at the lower price were having 3-4 months of nightmare. Every day open "the book", every "investor" will tell you the Company is going to bankrupt soon. But today the stock is at 0.40 compared to RM0.10 during the controversy. My advice is to close "the book" in next 2-3 months unless a big bad thing happens i.e. insolvency/delisting, fraudulent in account, etc - dump without thinking twice, otherwise just won't be bored others. Continue with your daily life as usual. Take care.

A comment from trading screen : last 15 minutes trading session witnessing the sellers outnumber the buyers to pull down the price to 0.135. But if analyse from the remaining 10 minutes, only 25,000 units were transacted at 0.135, augur well that actually not many sellers are willing to give away their chip at the current price. Technical speaking a "Tweezers Bottom" formation appeared signify a trend reversal is coming soon further supported by RSI reading recorded at 19 and the MACD is flatten. Technical analysis would not be lied but sometimes it may come later to reflect in price (lagging).
