That's 498,591 lots = 498k lots.

@BALANCE_VIEW they only have around 400k lots treasury shares. They need around 3m to 4.6m lots share for HK listing (depending on the price during HK listing).

@Kelsey517 cant compare based on change. (1) Supermax QR comes first, (2) 8.97 X 3 = 26.91 and 9.99 X 2 = 19.98... I think it's pretty even given that Supermax high is around 25 and TG high is around 29

My guess, in order to list HK, TG representative bank need shares. So now, the bank is 'sapu-ing' the shares. Having heard this news, other IBs are selling some of their shares. Hence, the queue. But regardless of the queue, this representative bank will sapu.

They just added +5000 at 9.00. Who got 5000? Either EPF or IB. So, today obviously institutions are playing the game.

@geary Tan Sri will find ways to reward their shareholders. That's 1 thing I like about TG, be it, bonus issue, 50% dividend policy, or SBB.

By doing SBB, it will reduce the number of outstanding share in the market and hence, rising the Dividend per Share (DPS).

Given the expected PAT to be 10 billion for FY2021, 50% dividend policy and NOSH to be 8.13 billion, DPS is (10b*50%)/8.13b = 0.615.

With 10% SBB, NOSH will be reduced to 8.13b*0.9 = 7.317b. Hence, DPS will be increased to (10b*50%)/7.317 = 0.683.

Let say you own 1,000 shares, the dividend for 2021 is expected to be RM683 instead of RM615.

Another way, Tan Sri is trying to reward investors.

If you are googling for TG expected PAT, I'll give you now.
It's no longer a secret. Gonna be more than 1.3 billion.
The highest analyst gave is Nomura with 1.311 billion valuing TG at 30.65 (10.22 pBI). But this analyst is only expecting 4.286 PAT billion next year while Citi analyst is expecting 9 billion PAT next year.

With Covid still not under control and if it is 9 billion PAT next year, can you imagine the share price?

Only the 'lapsap' analyst like Macquarie will give 5.40. Unbelievable.
