E.g. Buy 1.00 | Sell 1.02
If the seller, willing to sell at Buyer's price at 1.00, then it will become red with the number of lot sold. Likewise, if the buyer willing to buy at seller's price 1.02, then it will become green with the number of lot sold.

The more green with higher number of lots, the better. It means the buyer are willing to buy at higher price. It's true for the opposite.

Volume transacted can be seen if you open up the detail of the stock by right clicking on the stock and press 'stock detail'. Volume transacted means the number of shares traded at a particular price at a particular moment.
