The 10% private placement share price issues at 2.61 means the share price is almost bottom, no related party will press down the share price for the low private placement share price again.
The next direction is up only.

If the news on Tesla to set up plant in Indonesia to produce EV is confirmed, all semiconductor stocks related to EV will benefit.
No wonder the Technology index is bullish now and this index crossed 200-day SMA yesterday.
Good news to all semiconductor stocks related to EV.

If Tesla set up a factory in Indonesia, it is a good news to Genetec.
No wonder the share price of Genetec rebound.
Buying share, you must ensure the fundamental of the stock is good.
Do not listen to rumour and simply sell share to incur loss.
Tesla is still expanding, it is good news to Genetec.
I think the share price of Tesla in the US is almost bottom.
The next course is for the share price to move up north.
