Recently mother share moved up was due to the exercise getting close to final chapter which buy mother share can get takaful share
in proportional. I foresee the mother share might goes higher after the EGM & CCM are passed until it's share suspend in end of June or beginning of July. Hopefully it can goes higher and higher and bring it's son to break 0.38. if finally not materialize,still can get back 0.38 in mid July. All the best to all the warrant holders no matter which side you intend to vote.

Ular obviously is a spoiler to certain counters.why u need to hide?u suppose to join CCM and tell the management what you want.. represent your opposite side to fight for additional...not hide,not even to register and join the meeting but keep on incite investors to vote against.. that's why your beloved followers following wherever you go with your bad comments.

If the deal is off, nobody can predict how low the warrant price will goes especially in the bad market.no matter what price you bought,less 0.30 or less 0.40,no gain but bring much pain.

If the additional demand not material，still opt to vote for,why? at first, it has guarantee 0.38 will return to you no matter how bad is the market .Secondly, within 3months times, Bimb Wa and mother still trade as usual until beginning of July. nobody will know what will happen to it's mother share,will it break RM5 and goes higher? At that time warrant sure will catch up to break 0.38 , Don't tell that is impossible although chances are as slim.

Please refer to PPG PELANGI SCR vote, without the interested party , they still able to garner 95% vote for compare to 5% against from the public. PPG nta is 0.95 much higher than the offer price 0.37.this BIMB WA Tabung haji is allowed to vote, chance is much higher, that's why some investors bought the price from0.355-0.37 as arbitrage play and considered as safe play.of course nothing is for sure.

Is 5.5%return just for 3months , per annum is 22%.,if you put in FD you only to get 1.85%per annum. arbitrage play is not suitable for you, just because you had trap at high floor so come here to shout for VOTE AGAINST to get much higher price.look for gang to go holland together if management refuse to meet your demand. FYi ,most of the bank counters price are peak in between 2013-2014 like Maybank, Cimb..most of them still unable to recover it's peak price until today

Bimb set Vwap at 0.38 come with announcement that they have considered their internal fund to redeem the warrant. Means the prices might have exceeded their acceptable level. So ,as what I said before,demand little bit higher is no harm in CCM ,but if they are not agreed and they stick to 0.38 we better to vote FOR to avoid the loss. No way to challenge or threaten the management with against vote.

This warrant is issued in 2013 come free with right issue subscription.one for one . Basically
this warrant come with no cost. Base on last 5years trading record， lowest was 11.5 on 18/3/2020 and highest was 0.47 on 26/2/2021 which speculation + rumors play . First offer 0.26 was on 11/12/2019 until 29/1/2021,I didn't see any demand higher or someone like Auditor x 6 cry to shout must help investors to fight for at least 0.80-1.20. After the offer revise to Vwap no less than 0.26 and price has been goreng to 0.47 before they set the Vwap at 0.38 then only many thinks they are hero stand out to rescue investors.

Another case was CCB (cycle &ca) 2years ago they offered 2.20, shareholders rejected.share price dropped to lowest 1.15 recently rebound to 1.60 before management launch 2nd attempt. See that ? Even they are very keen to privatized the company still try 2years after.remember CCB is mother share with no life span,but BIMB Wa is only left 2.7 years，currently is still out of money,means is 0 value if keep this scenario until 2023 it's expired date.

Investors should take a lesson from this case.

After that you can't find any comments from those keep on push for higher price before or deleted their early push comments.

If you refer to PELANGI SHARE (PPG) under SCR restructuring ,after EGM somebody spread the rumors about they can get much higher price which management offer 0.37, some investors chase to over 0.42,at the end nothing is happened,share price dropped back to 0.355. Don't ever trust someone keep on tell you some unrealistic expectations.

Like Mr Ular x4 or maybe already x 5 IDs told that they already gathered 29% (25% is enough to vote down）if you really have that numbers ,do you think still need to hold this coming CCM? The management should announce either increase price to what they want like min is 0.80 or directly cancel the CCM because someone has proven they vote against with 29% (which supposed is belongs to Tabung haji) they take it as their share. This kinds of lie can trust?
