Hi Jack, Where did you get the figure of NTA rm0.25, I thought iT is 0.149. If NTA is Rm0.25, then the offer is very UNFAIR and UNREASONABLE !!

The independent report is out...it is stated NOT FAIR but reasonable

Likely the offerer will delist the company as he has more than 70% shares as for now

What will happen if we still hold and dont accept offer?

If less than 90% and delisted....whats the point of dividend if all your money is stuck and if there is better opportunity in other stocks or other investment, we cannot sell

If we dont convert, what happens when they have above 90%....at that time will we still have the chance to accept or will we become permanent shareholders when YTL Land is delisted and our money will be stuck for life? This is a concern. Kindly advise

They are pushing down the warrant share even though the mother share maintained unchanged. Huge premium on the warrant price

If you have less than 3000 shares, the transaction charges is about the same as if you accept the offer....transfer fee of Rm10 and courier of rm6...This is the first time I see the price traded is the same as the offer price....usually is a few cents lower.
By the way, why does other people wants to buy at Rm3.10? How are they going to make a profit?

If the Offerer has received sufficient shares (>75%) and intend to delist the company, will those shareholders who didnt accept the offer earlier be notified and given a chance to accept the offer (at Rm3.10) before the company is delisted? Or those shareholders will be stuck and cannot their shares anymore?

If we dont accept the offer and if the offerer achieved 90% or more, the offerer does not intend to maintain listing in klse. This means those still holding the shares are stuck and are unable to sell their shares, correct?

Sapnrg is now trading at 29c.which is below the rights issue price of 30c and preference shares price of 41c. When the rights (OR) are listed for trading on 2rd Jan,2019 they will be worth only 0.05c, correct?
