Dnex shares sold by Datuk Samsul and Dnex shares sold by Censof are actually the same shares holding under RHB Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd - OSK Capital Sdn Bhd for Censof Holdings Berhad. Datuk Samsul, the Deputy Chairman of Dnex is also a big boss (Director) and a major share holder of Censof. The 800,000 Dnex shares disposed off on 11 Sep are actually belonging to Censof, but some how Datuk Samsul has an indirect interest. After disposing off 800,000 Dnex shares, Censof still holding 297,251,731 (16.96%) Dnex shares. So Dnex only disposed off a very small percentage (< 0.3 %) of its Dnex shares. For long term investor, nothing to worry. Just have more patience and wait for a catalyst for Dnex share to go up. Cheers.
