Rubbish.
Do your homework and research the stocks before you buy. Then keep those few good stocks that you have identified.
Do not be lazy and diversify.
Do not diversify because your professor ask you to.
Do not diversify because you want to buy all those 'blue' chips like sime, petgas, blah blah blah..
