Ta Win Holdings Bhd’s managing director Datuk Seri Ngu Tieng Ung has emerged as Khee San Bhd’s largest substantial shareholder. This came after Khee San director Datuk Mohamad Razali Mohamad Rahim ceased to be the candy maker’s major shareholder on Thursday, having offloaded all 22.8 million shares, or a 16.667% stake, by way of a direct business transaction at 13 sen apiece, or RM2.97 million in total. Ngu bought that block of shares through Timur Enterprise Sdn Bhd, raising his stake in Khee San to 16.754%. This makes Ngu the single largest shareholder of Khee San, while founder of security seal manufacturer Mega Fortris Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Datuk Dr Ng Meng Kee, holds a 12.42% stake.

Tawin has been making losses after losses, half a billion turnover but losses and losses every quarter. Two rights issues, bank balance reducing but bank loan not reducing. We got to be very careful of Yeo and Ngu, both are highly suspicious figures. The cost of sales of the company is where ghost is. The external auditor of the company must be removed.

Actually Ta Win has very good prospect, as their Irridiated Copper Cables c.an last longer and stand higher heat for use in EV. Heavy expenses for Cyprium Tech, to get certification. Once their Cables certified, price should go up. Cannot understand why price keeps going down, can be due to Private Placement and ESOS at lower market price to Directors and those having it selling to take profit. Anyway punting at 1 sen not much to lose for their Warrant.

After shares consolidation, they might start to raise more fund via share issuance to PP, ESOS, rights issue again.

The Board of Directors of Ta Win wishes to announce that Cyprium Capital Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 23 March 2023 entered into a Sale Share Agreement with Asia Poly to acquire a total of 705,892 ordinary shares in CWT, representing 15% equity interest in CWT for a purchase consideration of RM12,000,000.00.
