Try putting up those solid assets on sale in open market and see if they are worth that much. let market decide...want a trailer? what does the recent plight of TNB tells you about how market values 'solid assets'? I would be contented if A=L and not A<L. Get that Company top guns to face up and dont keep on hiding beneath the crow's wings.
