Asian Wall Street Journal has reported that Asian Real Estate bubble begin to burst. Real estate prices are falling in Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore as Asian property prices have surged more than 70% over the past two years. Supply trends are not bullish as more than 100,000 new residental units will likely to come on the Singapore market in the next three years as according to Standard Chartered analysts. Aready the Singapore Govt have taken several measures of feared of spiral escalation of property prices overheated and burst. Property investments are cyclical and please be careful.

Be patient and don't plunge into properties now..wait one year or so, may be cheaper.

The sale staff told me that lrt track is in between of pandan jaya and pandan indah, these 2 lrt station is not very far, so the train won't speed up and make Big noise.

some said next year property price will drop n some said our property price r still cheap compare to neibouring countries . ........... who said is correct . ..........
