What is mean by "remote event" under this statement"qualifying acquisition is a remote event"? can explain?
If this remote event, then means the warrant is no value at all?

seeing it the warrant + conversion still far far from the mother share, means the warrant is not really attractive and may contain risk. I think have to watch out.
I just don't understand what is "remote event". May be need someone to explain and why "remote event" will explain the warrant is not attractive.

We are not interested to convert to mother share on 24/7/2014. We can buy and sell when there is a big profit.

Cannot understand ??

Thank you.

Does this mean like this ka .... Hmmm .... I want to buy the mother share but too expensive at RM 2.10....... So i buy 1000 warrants, 1000 x RM 1.18 = RM 1180 and then i exercise the warrant at 50 sen each,..so 1000 x 50 sen = RM 500. ... Therefore now i can have 1000 mother share at the cost of RM 1180 + RM 500 = RM 1680 or at RM 1.68 per share? Sudah untung 42 sen lor ...is that a correct calculation? Somebody help me ... If yes, how to convert warrant to mother share?

puzzling. their investment in Lime is solid, the new signed contracts are legitimate....yet the stock does not move.
I believe it is punters distracted with other newsbreaks or investors seeing too many opportunities, worried of spreading too thin or the SPAC is too foreign to comprehand. i would focus on the strength in fundamentals of the acquisitions and contracts.

Anybody know the conversion of warrant to mother share is after the expiry 24/7/2014 or the conversion only happen after the Lime acquisition is done and dusted ?

info from the HIBI website http://www.hibiscuspetroleum.com/ cleared most, if not all of my concerns raised from this forum.

from the website you can confirm that there is no 20 days conversion period. it only takes 8 processing days from completion of the acquisition which is underway now. everyone here can get all the info i got from the company website to make a firm investment decision.

my investment decision was made on the view that the company has a robust business plan and acquisition strategy.

upon completion of their acquisition they will focus on the respective drilling programs of the various concessions they are involved in.

once they strike oil and commercial production is underway, the present entry cost/s of the warrants and main shares are negligible.

their website contains comprehensive information that is transparent to everyone, a plus point in the present malaysian corporate scenario.

am not here to make a buy call for everyone to ride on.

its your own decision and i made mine, only regret is that i did not take a position earlier due to all the doubts created in various forums.
