if you using 12.5 PE to calculate the value, then you are really underestimate this counter.
given yhs now trade at PE 21, oldtown 15, f&n 18, nestle 35, dlady 29, pwroot at least have to evaluate at PE 15 if not higher.

PWRoot (closed at RM0.99 yesterday) is now trading at a PE of 11.5 times (based on last 4 quarters' EPS of 8.6 sen).
How you get the EPS of 8.6 sen?
