基本上，葛拉汉是价值投资者，他不重视盈余成长率。他看重的是~股价不能太贵。

葛拉汉有个算法，即本益比*股价净值比不能大过22.5倍。以东益电子来说，14*2=28。因此，你说的对，葛拉汉不会投资这个股。
