To help lessen the debt burden of the rakyat, the authorities must accelerate the effort of providing comprehensive public transportation network including MRT, buses, mini buses and taxis, to reduce public dependency on private vehicles.

Ans : The government will not want to improve the public transport because she worries Proton car sale drops. We are in the cross road to protect Proton car at the expense of poor public. We should avoid car industry in the first place because Malaysian is not very hardworking compared with Korean and Japanese. Hence Proton car project is a failure rather than a success. We only "siok sendiri" that we can produce car but not to international standard. We are ahead of Korean car when Proton was first launched, we are far behind Korean now.
We earned 3 times more than a korean in 1969, in 1999, a korean earned 3 times more than a Malaysian. Why ??
Many failed government policies are the answer.

Only after the Old Horse dies, there is a “possibility” that the government allows Proton to follow. Unfortunately, bad guy normally lives longer than you can imagine and many suffer under his policies dies before him.
