If that is the case on PE , then it should trade not beyond 1.40 , ie the offered price unless or until its profit shot up more than 3 times to around 80 millions ! The high price speaks volume on the man coming into the picture even his previous co now has to know tow to him and played second fiddle ? Unless or until I&P injects more than 10 B capital , it will always behind the shadow of Eco...Wondering !
