Ecofirst(ECB) proposal
1. Capital reduction 0.50 to 0.10
2. Share premium reduction
3. Private placement with warrants (17 free Warrants for 10 placement shares
@ 0.25/placement share.
4. 1 free Warrant for every 10 shares held after reduction.
5. ESOS
Has anything the above to do for the recent increase in price for ECB?
Will it be uptrend till proposal is confirmed and is the price justified for the capital reduction?
