Hi kcchongz. Thanks for the good write-up on the comparison about this 3 major logistics company. How do you look at TNLOGIS? It has achieved decent profit and revenue for the past few quarters.

If a company has good investment opportunity which return of 13% over its marginal equity. Isn't good the company reinvest all the earnings?

What do you do with the dividend given to you? Spend it? Put in FD to get 3.5% interest? Or are you so sure that you can get 13% from investing the money on you own?

What is your purpose investing in a company in the first place if you are not happy to "reinvest" with the dividend supposed to be given to you into the same company you were interested to invest in the first place?

everybody has his own style of investing, may be jun hean shares the same trading philosophy as me. I am happy and enough if i can get 20% capital gain end of the year. I takes dividen as a bonus , a tangible return from our investment. I spend and finish it every time or share with the less fortunate. I don't see why i should reinvest my dividen to earn more paper gain where I already have 20% every year. so dividen is part of the reason I invest because it make me more willing to spend as it is somrthing extra to me. If you ask me to spend from my saving or my investment , I am not so willing. so I am very happy after learning from mr kcchongnz to trade in the right way. happy trading and stay young, the world is beautiful but we can not live forever.

Getting div also means recovering ur cost, it is a safety measure. Like some said. The company will someday be managed by fool, so be wise.
